Job Description : We're looking for someone who enjoys working on products with 0 to 1 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS domain either in development or incoordination (Business Analyst, etc). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Project Management
Assist in scheduling and monitoring milestones, coordinating with Engineering, Product and Data team and driving assignments through to completion
Assist and create all Project-related Internal documentation and templates.
Ensure a professional and consultative approach to all tasks is maintained.
Plan, co-ordinate and drive meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure project tasks are on schedule and within scope.
Perform Quality assurance checks and review for client deliverables.
B. Customer Management
Train the customers to use the Infilect’s Infiviz Products (App and Dashboard) for in-market execution analytics.
Handle the on-ground issues and ticket resolution in a timely manner & on priority.
Execute requirements gathering, documentation and status reporting.
Should be able to communicate well with all key stakeholders of the customers, across Management and Field force.
Build relationship with customer’s key and relevant stakeholders backed by regular sync ups.
Prepare for and facilitate efficient meetings by providing agendas, objectives, goals and action items.
Update and distribute weekly status reports and input project data
Resolves customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions and in a professional manner.
C. Product Knowledge and Training
Understand all relevant Infilect’s product offerings
Whenever need be, coach the relevant stakeholders of the customer on Infilect’s product/s to ensure optimal usage of the deliveries of Infilect.
